I have loved the looks of the CTS from the first time I saw a picture of one in Car and Driver mag.
I have an '04 CTS I bought almost 2 years ago. It's my daily driver. I've put over 30,000 miles on the car in that time. It's been to Vegas once, northern Indiana and Chicago twice, Ohio once and tons of miles in between. The only thing this car has asked of me is fuel, oil changes and one tire that downtown Chicago took from me last summer. It's pretty much the best car I've ever owned. The ONLY thing I would trade it for would be a comparable or better equipped 2nd Gen CTS. |

Funny story about the Cadillac Cien. I had a friend who was one of those people who knows everything about everything and is never wrong. Several years ago, around the time that the movie The Island was either in theaters or DVD, he calls me up and swears up and down that he saw a Cien driving down the street. I'm like, "Dude, why would a one-off, priceless concept car be driving down the street in Wichita Falls, Texas? Really?" He claimed he was behind the car and that was the only view he really got of it, but he DID see a Cien badge. I told him that I am certain he saw an XLR and created the badge in his mind.

I bought my car back in Nov 07 with 7000 miles on it. I driven to So Cal, N. AZ, San Antonio, and now Little Rock. On the highway I get constant 27 mpg and about 440 miles to the tank. Every time I feel like trading it in for another car, I just sit back in it and I can't do it. lol
